One never knows how relationships will work out when working with clients and other agencies, that's all part of the process, the encouraging thing to take from it is that they have chosen you because they like and believe in what you do. This was the case for us a few months ago when Team Detroit from the US approached us to help them with a project.

We approached the job as we would do any job, one usually has to tread a little water at first in order to test if its warm or not but in usual Umlaut manor we just presented ourselves with no false pretenses. The result was just lovely.

The project ended a month or so ago and we sent them a little mail thanking them for the opportunity. We had a short but brilliant reply.

It's little things like this that keeps you going, so nice to meet nice people and hopefully we can be working with these guys again in the future.
